Services let you sell your own offers to the customers already using your white-label platform: Google Business Profile management, ads management, coaching calls, courses, done-for-you setup, monthly add-ons, review stands, or branded merchandise.
Each service shows up as a card on your customer's `Services` page, and optionally on their dashboard. Customers pay through Stripe checkout on your connected Stripe account, or you send them to your own link, such as a Calendly booking page, a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, or a page on your website. You deliver the service; the platform handles the listing, the checkout, and the order record.
What you can sell as a service
| Example | Billing | Usual payment method |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy or coaching call | One-time, or no price shown | Your own link (Calendly or Cal.com) |
| Google Business Profile management | Monthly | Stripe checkout |
| Google Ads management | Monthly | Stripe checkout |
| Remove branding add-on | Monthly | Stripe checkout |
| Course on reviews and reputation | One-time | Stripe checkout, or your own link to your course platform |
| Review stand, t-shirts, or a starter pack | One-time | Stripe checkout with a shipping address |
A service does not unlock anything in the platform on its own. If you sell something like a remove-branding add-on, change that customer's options yourself after the purchase (see the FAQ below).
Before you start
- To take payment through Stripe checkout, connect Stripe first at `Business -> Billing & Revenue -> Connect Stripe`. Without Stripe, the `Stripe checkout` option is disabled and you can only use `Your own link`.
- Stripe checkout prices are created in the currency set at `Platform -> White-Label -> Configuration` (the `Currency` dropdown on the `Branding & Appearance` tab).
- For `Your own link`, have the full URL ready. It must start with `https://` or `http://`.
Step 1: Create the service
- Make sure you are in your agency sidebar: if a bar at the top says `You're in` a customer, click `Back to Agency`
- Go to `Business -> Billing & Revenue -> Custom Products`
- Click `Create Product` (or `Create Your First Product` if you have none yet)
- Under `What are you selling?`, choose `Service or add-on`
- Enter a `Name`. Customers see this name, and you can change it later
- Click `Continue`
The platform opens the `Edit service` page straight away. The service stays hidden from customers until you turn on `Show to customers` and save.
Step 2: Fill in the details
The `Details` card controls what the customer reads on the card. The `Customer preview` on the right updates as you type.
| Field | What it does | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| `Service name` | The card title and the name on Stripe checkout | Up to 255 characters, unique across your products |
| `Short description` | One or two sentences under the title | Up to 255 characters |
| `What's included` | Tick-list on the card. Click `Add item` for each line | Up to 8 items, 120 characters each |
| `Image` | Shown at the top of the card. Useful for merchandise and printed products | JPEG, PNG, or WEBP, under 4 MB |
Step 3: Choose how customers pay
In `Pricing and payment`, pick one option under `How do customers pay?`. The guide `Services: Stripe Checkout vs Your Own Link` explains the difference in detail.
- `Billing` is `One-time`, `Monthly`, or `Yearly`
- With `Use an existing Stripe price ID`, billing, amount, and currency are read from the Stripe price when you save, so the billing buttons are locked
- For `Your own link`, leave `Price shown` empty to hide the price, for example for a free call
| Option | You set | What happens when the customer clicks |
|---|---|---|
| `Stripe checkout` | `Billing`, then a `Price` (the platform creates the Stripe price), or `Use an existing Stripe price ID`. Optionally `Collect a shipping address` | Stripe checkout opens for the customer's existing billing account. The purchase is recorded in `Orders` and you get an email |
| `Your own link` | `Billing` (shown on the card only), the `Link`, and an optional `Price shown` | Your link opens in a new tab. Nothing is recorded in the platform |
Step 5: Save and check the status
Click `Save changes` at the top right. The badge next to the title shows `Live` when customers can see the service and `Hidden` when they cannot.
If something is missing, a yellow box titled `Before customers can see this service` lists it, for example `Set a price for Stripe checkout` or `Add the link customers are sent to`. You cannot save a service as visible until that list is empty.
When you change the price or billing of a Stripe checkout service, the platform creates a new Stripe price, because Stripe prices cannot be edited. Existing monthly or yearly subscribers stay on the price they bought.
What your customers see
- A `Services` item in the sidebar, under `Manage`, between `Settings` and `Billing`. It only appears once at least one service is live
- The `Services` page with a card per live service: name, billing badge, description, price, included items, and the button
- If you featured any services, a `Services from` strip with your company name on the dashboard, with a `View all` link
- After a Stripe checkout payment, the customer returns to `Services` with a `Payment received` message saying you have been notified
- Monthly and yearly services they already pay for show an `Active` badge with a `Manage` button that opens the Stripe billing portal
The `Services` page and the dashboard strip are only shown to customer logins. `Open dashboard` and the `Customer` tab in your agency sidebar do not show them. To check what a customer sees, go to `Business -> Customers -> Manage Customers` and choose `View as customer`.
Control which customers can see services
Visibility is controlled per plan. Open `Business -> Billing & Revenue -> Custom Plans`, edit the plan, go to `Features & Options`, and on the `General` sub-tab find the `Services Access` card. Set `Services Page` to `Visible` or `Hidden`. It is `Visible` by default.
To change it for one customer only, open `Business -> Customers -> Manage Customers`, click `Manage` on the customer, scroll to `Plan Options`, choose `General`, set `Services Page` in the `Services Access` card, and click `Save`. Options saved on the customer override their plan.
- Hidden removes the `Services` menu item, the `Services` page, and the dashboard strip for that customer
- Services are separate from `Billing Pages`. You can hide billing and still offer booking links
- If `Billing Pages` is hidden, customers do not get the `Manage` button that opens the billing portal
- If you disconnect Stripe, services that use Stripe checkout disappear from customers' pages until you reconnect
- Only the customer's own login can buy. Team members they invite do not see the `Services` page
Edit, copy, hide, or delete a service
- Edit: click the service name or `Edit` on its card in `Custom Products`
- Hide without deleting: turn off `Show to customers` and click `Save changes`
- Copy: click `Copy` and enter a new name. The copy starts hidden. A Stripe checkout copy has no Stripe price until you set one; a link copy keeps its link and price
- Delete: click `Delete`. Past orders keep the service name. Deleting does not cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions already running in Stripe
- Service cards in `Custom Products` show `Service`, `Live` or `Hidden`, the billing, and either `Orders: n` or `Paid through your link`
