A service with `Collect a shipping address` turned on is the quickest way to sell a physical item to customers who already use your platform: review stands, table cards, branded t-shirts with their QR code, or a starter pack.
You source, print, and ship the item yourself. The platform takes payment through Stripe checkout, collects the address, and gives you an order to work from.

Choose an NFC product when the item should link to a feedback form or review page through the platform's NFC records. Choose a service for everything else.
Set it up
- Go to `Business -> Billing & Revenue -> Custom Products`, click `Create Product`, choose `Service or add-on`, enter a name, and click `Continue`
- Add an `Image` so customers can see the item
- Under `How do customers pay?`, choose `Stripe checkout`
- Leave `Billing` on `One-time` and enter the `Price`
- Tick `Collect a shipping address`
- Turn on `Show to customers` and click `Save changes`
Shipping is only available with Stripe checkout. Include shipping in your price, because there is no separate shipping fee field.
What happens at checkout
- Stripe checkout asks for a shipping address
- If `Enable Stripe Tax` is on, tax is calculated on the order and the address is saved to the customer in Stripe
- After payment, the order appears in `Business -> Customers -> Orders` with the shipping address, and you get an email
- The customer gets an order confirmation email saying you will let them know when it ships
Ship the order
- Open `Business -> Customers -> Orders` and click the actions menu on the order
- Click `View` to see the shipping address
- Click `Ship`, add a tracking URL if you have one, and confirm. The customer is emailed that the order has shipped
- When it has arrived, click `Complete` and confirm `Yes, Mark as Completed`
