AI-powered Google Business Profile posts for every client, approved without a login
Publishing is the AI-powered, white-label GBP post scheduler inside EmbedMyReviews. Agencies plan, write and automate Google Business Profile posts for every client location. Clients connect Google from a link and approve posts by email. They never need to log in.
Built for agencies and resellers that manage Google Business Profiles for local businesses, and for multi-location brands.
Unlimited posts for every client location. Included in the $99/month plan.
Unlimited, on one flat plan
- Unlimited clients and locations. No per-location fee.
- No post limits from us. Unlimited approvals.
- AI on your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key, at cost.
Clients never need to log in
- They connect Google from a Customer Connect Link.
- They approve from an email link: Approve All, Edit and Approve or Request Changes.
- A reminder goes out about 24 hours before a post that is still waiting.
Your brand, your Autopilot
- Approval pages and emails carry your name and logo, from your own email sender.
- Autopilot drafts weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A person approves every post.
- Photo Location geotags each photo with the business's town and name.
Updates, offers and events for every client location
Each one with a live preview and checks against Google's rules as you type.
Post type
Updates
News, a service in focus or proof of good work. Text up to 1,500 characters, a photo and a button.
Post type
Offers
A title, start and end dates, an optional coupon code, a redeem link and terms.
Post type
Events
A title, start and end dates, text, a photo and a button.
Photo
Real photos
One photo per post from the client's Media library. Upload, drop or paste it in.
Button
Six buttons
Learn more, Book, Order, Shop, Sign up or Call. Call dials the business. Every link gets UTM tags.
Checks
Checked before sending
Length, title, dates, button link and photo are checked as you type. Phone numbers and email addresses in the text are stopped. An ended offer or event never goes out.
Clients approve Google posts by email, with no login
Approvers are email addresses. No account, no password, no seat.
Your team approves in the dashboard too: one approvals inbox for every client, with Approve Selected, Request Changes and Send a Reminder Now. Read how approvals work.
Clients connect Google the same way: one connect link, signed in on Google, on a page that names your agency. No account on your platform.
Up to 10 approvers per location
The owner, a manager, anyone with an email address.
A week in one email
One email lists up to 25 waiting posts, so they arrive together.
Approve All
Approves only what was on the page when it opened.
Edit and Approve
The client fixes the wording and approves in one step. The edit is checked before posting.
Request Changes
Pick a reason and add a comment. An Autopilot post is rewritten at once.
Something Is Wrong
The client reports a wrong price, date or fact.
Automatic reminder
About 24 hours before a post's time. On by default.
Safe with mail scanners
Opening a link changes nothing. Only a button press does.
Links last at least 7 days
And up to 60 days while a post on the link can still be approved. An expired link offers Email Me a New Link.
Pause Autopilot and Stop These Emails
Stop These Emails is in every email. Pause Autopilot is there wherever Autopilot runs. Approved posts still go out after a pause.
The client's own language
The approval page and emails follow the client's language.
Send Me a Sample
See the approval email yourself first. Nothing is posted.
Make This a Standing Rule
Turn a client's comment into a lasting instruction for the posts that follow.
Monthly summary of live posts
On the 1st, each location's notice addresses get last month's live posts, under your brand.
A record of every approval
Each approval keeps who approved and the checks they saw.
See what your client sees when approving, and how to pause Autopilot or hold all posts.
Clients connect Google from one link
Send a Customer Connect Link. The client signs in with Google and picks their listing. They never log in to your platform.
Read how Customer Connect Links work, or set up Google posts with no client login from start to finish.
- Copy the link or email it from the connect screen.
- Or send it when you create a client, or from the Agency API.
- The page shows your logo or name and explains what you will be able to do.
- When Publishing is on for that client, it says every post is approved by a person.
- Single use and valid for 7 days. Re-issue any time. No cap on links.
- Then press Turn On Publishing, or turn on many locations at once.
- Sales agents can send links for their own clients.
- 1
Connect by link
The client signs in with Google and picks their listing.
- 2
Approve by email
Approve All, Edit and Approve or Request Changes.
- 3
Pause by email
Pause Autopilot from any approval email.
Connect by link. Approve by email. Pause by email. Your client never needs a login.
Autopilot: automated GBP posts a person approves
Autopilot plans each location's next post, drafts it from confirmed facts, adds a real photo when there is one and sends it for approval.
How it plans
- Weekly by default, or fortnightly or monthly, inside a posting window in the location's time zone.
- Rotates angles: a service in focus, proof, availability, offers and events.
- Offers go out 7 days ahead, events 14 days ahead.
- A topic is not reused for 180 days.
- Drafts go to approvers 5 days before the slot by default.
- A real photo from the location's list, or no photo. Never stock.
- The first post arrives within about a day of switching on.
- An Autopilot draft nobody answers expires after 7 days.
Seven steps to set it up
- 1
Check the Profile
The client's Google profile is connected.
- 2
Business Facts
Services, proof, availability, offers, events and areas, confirmed by a person.
- 3
Voice
Length, emoji, hashtags, sign-off and button, from your Playbook.
- 4
Schedule
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on a day and time in the location's time zone.
- 5
Photos
The photos Autopilot may use. A photo is not reused at a location within 30 days.
- 6
Approval
Who approves, and how many days ahead each draft is sent (5 by default).
- 7
Samples
Show Me Three writes three sample drafts.
Defaults: weekly, 40 to 80 words, no emoji, no hashtags, real photos only. The Autopilot guide explains each one.
AI drafts grounded in each business's facts
Write It for Me drafts a post from a topic. Why This Post explains the choice. Autopilot drafts from the same confirmed facts.
Facts first
Services, proof, availability, offers, events and areas. Proposed from the Google listing and confirmed by a person.
Search terms are offered, never assumed
Words people searched to find the listing are suggestions you can pick.
Numbers checked
Prices, percentages and dates must match the confirmed facts.
A heads-up for people, strict for Autopilot
When a person writes or approves, a mismatch shows as a one-line heads-up. An Autopilot draft that still fails after one correction goes to your Needs Attention, never to the client.
Code sets the hard parts
The button, the link, and an offer's title, dates, code and terms are set by code, not the AI.
Your Playbook
Length, emoji, hashtags, sign-off, words to avoid, preferred button and themes. Add your own instructions per agency and per location.
28 post languages
Up to 5 languages per location.
No repeats
Checked against the location's last 26 posts and sibling locations that week.
Your key, your model
OpenAI or OpenRouter, at cost, no markup. You set each client's monthly AI draft allowance (30 per location by default), or make it unlimited. The model name never shows in a client's account.
Drafts run on your OpenRouter or OpenAI key, the same AI key as your other AI features.
Photo Location: photos geotagged automatically
Each photo sent with a post is tagged with the business's town, name and services. The camera's own location is removed.
- Adds GPS coordinates for the business's town, the business name and town, and its confirmed services.
- On by default. Turn it off per photo, or set the agency default in the Playbook.
- Only the copy sent to Google is tagged. The library photo never changes.
- The uploader's own camera data (GPS, camera, time) is removed.
- Service-area businesses only ever get a town centre, never their address.
- Tagging never holds up a post.
Agencies ask for geotagged photos. Publishing tags every post photo by default.
A shared Media library per client: folders, alt text, bulk moves. No photo storage limit.
One GBP post scheduler for every client
Every client location in one place, with every problem in one list. Still call it GMB? This is your GMB post scheduler and GMB posting software in one, built for agencies.
Calendar per client
Calendar, List, Approvals and Needs Attention for every location. Drag to reschedule.
Approvals inbox
Every waiting post across every client: Waiting, Changes Requested and Expired.
Needs Attention
Refused posts, missed posts, broken Google connections, paused Autopilot and used limits, across every client.
Daily summary email
To the agency owner at about 08:00. Skipped on quiet days.
Turn On Publishing in bulk
Switch on up to 50 locations at a time.
Hold All Posts
One switch holds every post at a location, approved ones included, until you lift it.
Refused by Google?
Rewrite for Me, Edit Myself or Don't Publish. A refused post is never resent unchanged.
Safe retries
A post never goes out twice, and never more than a day late.

"Why did the Bristol post fail? Fix it and send it again."
