Is the client replacing reviews—or the team answering the phone?

Broadly’s Conversations AI covers calls, messages and appointment handling, while its reputation product supports review management. EMR is a focused agency platform for the review side of that job. If a client depends on Broadly to capture enquiries, keep that service working while evaluating EMR. Your proposal should explain who handles new leads, who asks for reviews and who reports on the result.

A bundled business service is a different purchase.

Broadly’s current pricing page advertises its AI Workforce Package at $799/month, with receptionist, reputation, social, website and listings services. That is not a verified per-location agency reseller rate or a like-for-like review-only price. EMR’s platform is $99/month; price any other services you need separately.

What would the move cost your agency?

Use your actual Broadly monthly total and an estimate for EMR’s extra costs. All amounts are in USD. Calculated in your browser, without submitting a form.

Used to show the effective platform cost per location.

Include add-ons and usage. Divide an annual total by 12 and convert other currencies to USD.

Include email/SMS, AI, data, applicable payment fees and any tools you still need. The $99 platform fee is added automatically.

Your EMR platform subscription

$99 / month

$4.95 per location at 20 locations, before extra costs.

Enter your monthly total and an EMR extras estimate to see the difference. We haven’t filled in a Broadly price or assumed your usage is free.

An estimate from your inputs, not a vendor quote. Excludes taxes, your team’s time, one-off work and paying for both platforms during the move. Check that both totals cover the same service.

How the calculation works

EMR monthly estimate = $99 + your estimated extras. Monthly difference = your Broadly total − EMR estimate. The 12-month figure multiplies that difference by 12, assuming those costs stay the same. Dividing $99 by your locations shows an effective platform cost, not a per-location price we charge.

Compare the same service on both sides. Include any CRM, listings, citation or specialist tools you would keep alongside EMR. A lower platform bill alone does not establish a saving for the full service.

Setup and external subscriptions vary. Some connections use HTTP actions rather than native app modules.

Clients still authorise Google or Facebook access. Links are scoped to a location and expire.

What matters for your agency

A review tool should not interrupt lead handling

Broadly’s Conversations AI is designed to capture enquiries and support appointment booking. Before moving the review service, trace the customer’s journey from first contact to completed job. Keep every handoff assigned to a working system and a responsible person. The comparison becomes much clearer when you know that EMR is taking over follow-up reviews while another service still handles the initial enquiry.

Broadly Conversations AI

Decide who owns the customer-facing service

Broadly’s public partner programme describes integrations and vendor relationships. EMR gives your agency a paid platform with its own branding, client plans and reporting. Consider how much of the delivery you want to operate yourself. In the demo, ask who sets up a client, changes their requests, supports the user and explains the report. Price that work into the service you sell.

Broadly partnerships and multi-location dashboard

Test one completed job from end to end

Broadly promotes automation for repetitive customer-facing tasks. To evaluate a review-only move, use a completed job as your test case. Check the source of customer details, consent, send timing, review destination and any reminder. Then open the resulting client report. The aim is a dependable process your agency can repeat—not a large list of disconnected features.

Broadly AI Workforce scope

EMR is worth a trial if…

  • You want to sell and support a branded review service across multiple independent clients.
  • Your clients already have reliable reception, website and customer-communication services.
  • You want to choose providers and control client plans while keeping the platform fee predictable.

Broadly may fit better if…

  • The local business wants lead handling and reputation work bundled into a wider service.
  • Calls, messaging and appointment handling are central to the current client workflow.
  • Your relationship is built around a Broadly integration or approved vendor partnership.

Your clients. Your service. Your workspace.

Use your domain and branding, give clients their own access, and build plans around the service you deliver. Your clients’ subscription prices are separate from your EMR platform subscription.

What else should I budget for?

Email, SMS, AI and data provider charges depend on your setup. Paid plans offer optional grey-label email from [email protected], subject to your client-plan limits. Your own sender identity uses your connected email provider. Stripe processing and applicable EMR billing fees apply to payments collected through the platform. Read the pricing details.

Moving Broadly workflows to EMR

Separate the reputation change from the business’s front desk. Begin with a client whose lead-handling and website arrangements are fully understood.

  1. Identify everything the client relies on

Record the website, phone numbers, forms, inboxes, appointments, listings and review processes in use. Give each service a destination and owner. Confirm what remains available under any retained agreement before changing the account.

  2. Rebuild the job-to-review handoff

Identify where a job is marked complete and how customer details reach the request system. Test the intended integration or manual process with a small permitted sample. Verify consent, exclusions, message templates and timing before sending to real customers.

  3. Prepare the branded experience

Set up the EMR client account, plan and relevant profile connections. Check the login, sender, widget and request link from a customer’s perspective. List printed QR codes and old web links so each destination can be updated where you control it.

  4. Coordinate the pilot and billing

Pause duplicate review requests, verify the first report and confirm who answers new enquiries during the changeover. Review your actual cancellation and renewal terms. Keep the old reporting archive and validate supported data mapping before removing access.

Test one client before moving the rest

Changing management software does not itself delete reviews published on Google or other review sites. Available history, private feedback, reports, tags and campaigns need separate export and compatibility checks. EMR does not promise that every field or workflow transfers.

Migration assistance is included for subscribers. Scope and timing depend on the setup. Keep cancellation dates, consent and opt-outs in the handover plan, and pause old campaigns before activating replacements.

Questions about Broadly alternatives

Is Broadly still just a review-management product?

Its current offering is broader. The public AI Workforce package combines reviews with reception, social, website and listings services. If your client uses several of those, compare the complete replacement plan rather than treating the package as a standalone review licence.

Broadly AI Workforce package pricing
Does Broadly offer an agency partnership?

Broadly lists software integration and approved vendor partnerships. Those descriptions do not establish one universal agency price or branding package. Ask for the exact partner arrangement available to you and compare the client experience with the one you intend to build in EMR.

Broadly partnerships and multi-location dashboard
Will EMR replace Broadly’s AI receptionist?

No. EMR is a reputation platform, not a replacement for the phone and messaging capabilities described by Broadly Conversations AI. Keep an appropriate reception and enquiry-handling service in place. You can evaluate review delivery separately from who answers the customer’s first call.

Broadly Conversations AI
Can we move only the review service?

That may be a sensible scope, provided your agreements and integrations support it. Map which functions remain, test the replacement request process and calculate any continuing costs. A staged move lets you verify review delivery without assuming that every other service can be cancelled at the same time.

Broadly Conversations AIBroadly partnerships and multi-location dashboard
Is a switch guaranteed to reduce the client’s total bill?

No. Broadly’s advertised bundle and EMR’s platform cover different scopes. Include retained software, connected-provider usage, applicable payment fees and your delivery time. Use the client’s actual agreement and your proposed service costs to judge the business case.
