Agency economics
More locations. Same $99 platform subscription.
ReviewTrackers’ plans page describes location-based pricing, annual-billing wording and special partner rates. EMR’s platform subscription covers unlimited clients and locations. Usage and applicable payment fees are separate.
Use your actual agency quote to compare. White-label, message allowances and add-ons can change the answer.
EMR’s effective platform cost
- 10 locations
- $9.90per location / month
- 50 locations
- $1.98per location / month
- 100 locations
- $0.99per location / month
$99 divided by your location count. The subscription is $99 total each month in every example; these are not separate per-location plans. Extra costs are excluded.
What would the move cost your agency?
Use your actual ReviewTrackers monthly total and an estimate for EMR’s extra costs. All amounts are in USD. Calculated in your browser, without submitting a form.
Your EMR platform subscription
$99 / month
$4.95 per location at 20 locations, before extra costs.
Enter your monthly total and an EMR extras estimate to see the difference. We haven’t filled in a ReviewTrackers price or assumed your usage is free.
An estimate from your inputs, not a vendor quote. Excludes taxes, your team’s time, one-off work and paying for both platforms during the move. Check that both totals cover the same service.
How the calculation works
EMR monthly estimate = $99 + your estimated extras. Monthly difference = your ReviewTrackers total − EMR estimate. The 12-month figure multiplies that difference by 12, assuming those costs stay the same. Dividing $99 by your locations shows an effective platform cost, not a per-location price we charge.
What’s included, and what should I budget for?
Platform: $99 USD/month includes unlimited clients and locations, white-label and client billing tools. Twelve monthly payments total $1,188; there is no annual commitment. See full pricing.
Email: paid plans include optional unlimited grey-label sending from [email protected], subject to the limits you set for each client plan. Connect your own email account or provider for your own sender identity; its terms apply.
Provider usage: SMS, AI and data services use your connected provider accounts. Providers charge separately, with no EMR markup on that usage.
Client payments and delivery: Stripe processing and applicable EMR billing fees apply when collecting payments through the platform. Budget for your team’s time and any overlap with the old platform. Use the agency pricing worksheet for the wider service budget.

ReviewTrackers vs EmbedMyReviews
A full agency toolkit, under your brand.
Use EMR to find prospects, deliver review and Google Business Profile services, and show clients what is changing in Maps and AI search. Build your packages around the tools below.
One platform. More to offer.
$99 USD/month · Unlimited clients and locations
These six tools are included in EMR’s paid platform alongside your branding, client portal and service plans. Set your own client prices and choose what each plan includes.
Provider usage and applicable payment fees are separate. Local Search Grid and Sales Intelligence require a paid subscription; other connection requirements are shown below. See pricing details.
Each platform has its own scope. “Confirm scope” means the reviewed documentation does not establish that specific workflow; it does not mean the feature is unavailable. Check product and package availability in your agency quote.

Configure the endpoint and event scope. Grid events are agency-only; delivery retries apply.

Setup and external subscriptions vary. Some connections use HTTP actions rather than native app modules.
Customer Connect Links →

Report content depends on available data and enabled features.
EMR’s direct and automatic review replies require an authorised Google Business Profile connection or a connected Facebook Page. Other supported sources vary in what they can do. Check source coverage.
Which fits your service?
Choose around the work you need to do
EMR is worth a trial if…
- You sell review management to local businesses and want a subscription that stays flat as you add locations.
- You want your own domain, branding, client plans and connected Stripe billing in one agency platform.
- Your clients need review requests, Google and Facebook replies, widgets and scheduled reports.
- You want to package Google Posts, Local Search Grid, AI Insights and Search AI as part of your recurring client service.
- You want Sales Intelligence audits and prospecting connected to the platform you use to serve clients.
EMR is built for agencies and operators serving clients. It is not a replacement for every enterprise customer-experience tool or listings network.
ReviewTrackers may fit better if…
- You need review sources or integrations that EMR does not support. ReviewTrackers advertises data from 100+ review sites in its Qualtrics marketplace listing.
- Your team relies on specific Experience Analysis or competitor-reporting measures. Compare those outputs with EMR’s AI Insights and visibility reports before changing the reporting clients receive.
- You need its local listings tools alongside reviews and your quote covers the required package.
- Your existing ReviewTrackers setup already delivers what clients need and the cost of changing exceeds the benefit.
These are fit considerations, not a claim that either product replaces every feature of the other. Test your must-have workflows with a real client setup.
Ownership, in context
Who owns ReviewTrackers now?
ReviewTrackers sits within the Qualtrics group through the acquisition chain shown here. Qualtrics’ 2026 transaction was the acquisition of parent company Press Ganey Forsta. Forsta’s company history records InMoment, including ReviewTrackers, among its acquisitions.
As of 26 October 2026, ReviewTrackers still publicly promotes an agency partner programme. The ownership change alone does not establish a change to your agency’s support or contract. Ask your account team to confirm the terms that apply to you.
June 2022
InMoment acquired ReviewTrackers.
May 2025
Press Ganey Forsta announced its acquisition of InMoment.
May 2026
Qualtrics completed its acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta.
Moving your client locations
How to switch from ReviewTrackers to EMR
Start with one representative client. Confirm the sources, data and workflows you need before rolling out the rest of your locations.
Map your locations and requirements
List each client, location, review profile, integration and report they depend on. Check EMR’s source coverage and identify the features that must be tested.
Save records and check a sample export
Download available reports and data you need to retain. Ask support to check a sample for compatibility. Include contacts, opt-outs, private feedback and historical records in your handover checklist.
Connect one representative client
Obtain the required client permissions, connect supported review sources and test what history appears. Check replies, alerts, client access and reports before adding the next batch.
Rebuild the client experience
Set up branding, supported campaigns, widgets and client plans. Custom-domain setup requires a paid subscription. Check printed QR codes: vendor-owned URLs may need replacing.
Switch sending in a controlled order
Check consent, opt-outs and the last request sent. Pause the old campaign before activating its replacement so customers do not receive duplicate review requests.
Roll out, verify and close the old account
Move remaining locations in batches. Confirm the required data is retained and workflows work, then follow your ReviewTrackers agreement’s cancellation and renewal terms.
Public reviews and account history are different
Switching management software does not itself delete reviews published on Google or other review sites. EMR reconnects to supported sources; the history available depends on the source. Private feedback, notes, tags, response history and campaign records need separate export and compatibility checks. We do not promise a complete transfer of every ReviewTrackers field.
ReviewTrackers’ official partner FAQ describes dashboard PDFs and CSV/PDF downloads from Ratings & Reviews. Confirm the options in your account and have EMR support check a sample. That partner-specific document does not establish an export of every private record.
Migration support is included for subscribers at no extra charge. Scope and timing depend on your setup.
Questions agencies ask before switching
Is EmbedMyReviews a ReviewTrackers alternative for small agencies?
Yes, if you sell reputation services to clients and EMR supports the workflows and review sites you need. The $99 USD/month platform subscription includes unlimited clients and locations, white-label and client billing tools. Provider usage and applicable payment fees are separate. Test a representative client before switching.
Does ReviewTrackers offer white-label software for agencies?
Yes. Its agency partner page lists white-label among its add-ons, alongside multi-tenant client management and custom billing options. Ask ReviewTrackers for the branding scope and price in your partner package. EMR includes branding and custom-domain setup in its paid subscription.
Is EMR cheaper than ReviewTrackers?
That depends on your actual ReviewTrackers partner quote and the service you need. EMR’s platform is $99 USD/month, or $1,188 over 12 monthly payments. Compare both options with required add-ons, provider usage, payment fees and delivery time included. We do not claim a guaranteed saving.
Can all my ReviewTrackers locations move to EMR?
EMR does not impose a per-location subscription charge or location cap. Whether each location can be migrated depends on its sources, permissions, integrations and required data. Check a sample with support, then roll out in batches. Unlimited locations does not mean every historical field or workflow transfers automatically.
Will switching remove my Google reviews?
Switching management software does not itself remove reviews published on Google. EMR connects to the supported source with the required permissions. Available history depends on the source connection; private feedback, account notes and historical reports need separate checks.
Can I test EMR before cancelling ReviewTrackers?
Yes. EMR offers a 14-day trial with no credit card required. Custom domains, Local Search Grid and Sales Intelligence require a paid plan. Test the features your clients need, avoid duplicate campaign sending and check the notice period in your current agreement before cancelling.
