Switching platforms feels risky. Here's how we address the most common worries.
What happens to existing reviews?
Changing management software does not itself remove reviews published on Google or other review sites. EMR reconnects to supported sources, but the history it can retrieve depends on the source. Export reports, private feedback and other records you need to keep; confirm import compatibility with support.
Do I need to reprint QR codes?
It depends on the URL encoded in each QR code. If you control its destination or redirect service, you may be able to update it. A URL owned by your old provider may require replacement. Send support sample links before cancelling that service.
How do we reduce disruption?
Set up and test EMR while your current platform is available. Verify connections, access, reports and links, then switch locations in batches. Pause old campaign sending before activating replacement requests to avoid duplicates.
How long does migration take?
Timing depends on location count, client permissions, integrations and the data you need to retain. Support can help agree a sequence after reviewing your setup. Start with a representative client before committing to a full rollout date.
What if I have active campaigns?
We help recreate supported sequences and templates in EMR. Check contacts, consent, opt-outs and the last request sent before enabling a replacement campaign. Historical sending activity is not guaranteed to transfer.
