Review monitoring for every client, across 67+ review sites
Review monitoring means watching every site where customers review a business, so each new review is seen and answered. EmbedMyReviews does it for every client an agency manages. It syncs reviews from Google, Facebook and 65 more review sites into one inbox per client on a schedule, sends email and Slack alerts filtered by star rating and source, and runs AI Insights every week.
Built for agencies that look after reviews for local businesses and multi-location brands. Replies to Google and Facebook go out from the same place.
Included in the $99/month plan, with unlimited clients and locations. See all 67+ review sites.

Online review monitoring across 67+ review sites
Connect each client's review sites once. New reviews from all of them land in that client's inbox, ready to filter, flag and answer.
- Google and Facebook: the business signs in, and EMR reads reviews through their official APIs.
- Clients can sign in from a Customer Connect Link, with no login to your platform.
- Every other site: paste the business's page link, and reviews sync through a review collection service.
- The first sync starts as soon as a source is connected.
- Alerts go out for fresh reviews only, so connecting a source never floods an inbox.
Read how to connect review sources, what each source supports and how Customer Connect Links work.

How often each review site is checked
Review monitoring runs on a schedule, and each source has its own. Every source card shows when it last synced and when the next check is due.
| Source | How EMR reads it | Checked for new reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Google, connected by Google sign-in | Google's official Business Profile API | About every 1 to 2 hours. A quiet profile eases to about every 6 hours and speeds back up when a check finds a new review. |
| Facebook's official Graph API, after sign-in | About every 12 hours | |
| Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor and 62 more sites | A review collection service, from the business's page link | About once a day |
- A new review reaches EMR at the next check. Alerts, auto-respond and webhooks start from there.
- A Google profile added by business search, without signing in, is checked about once a day like the other sites. Connect it with Google sign-in for the faster schedule and for replies.
- Monitoring runs for every client while your account is active, including the 14-day free trial.
New review alerts by email and Slack
Set alert rules for each client. Each rule picks the star ratings and sources it covers, and where it sends.
- Star rating: any, positive (4 to 5 stars), negative (1 to 3 stars) or a custom range.
- Sources: all of them, or all except the ones you pick.
- Email: one email per new review, to any addresses you add.
- Slack: paste an incoming webhook URL and alerts post to that channel.
- Each email shows the review, with Reply to review and View your reviews buttons.
- Every new client starts with email alerts for new reviews and private feedback. Send them to your team instead, or to both.
- Team members limited to some locations only get alerts for those locations.
- Send test sends a real alert with the latest matching review, before you save.
Need new reviews in another tool? Send them with outgoing webhooks or Zapier. The notifications and alerts guide covers every setting.
Online review management: reply where you monitor
When Google or Facebook is connected by sign-in, replies publish straight from EMR. An alert becomes an answer without switching tools.
Reply by hand
Write a reply in EMR and it publishes to the Google or Facebook review. Replied reviews show a Replied badge.
AI Review Responses
Draft a reply with AI in the tone you choose, edit it, then publish. Runs on your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key.
How AI Review Responses workAuto-respond
Rules by star rating and source reply to new Google and Facebook reviews within minutes of them reaching EMR, after a delay you set, or once someone approves from an email link.
How auto-respond worksOther review sites
The AI drafts replies there too. Copy the draft and post it on the site.

Weekly AI Insights on what customers keep saying
Every Monday, AI Insights analyses the past week's reviews for each location and sums up the patterns: what customers praise, what they complain about and what to fix first.
You choose which client plans include it. It runs for each location with at least 5 new reviews with text that week, plus an organisation-wide run for clients with 2 or more locations. The first run looks back 90 days, and the agency owner can run it on demand.
It uses your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key. See AI Insights or the AI Insights setup guide.
- A review score from 0 to 100, with the change since the last run.
