Sell your services inside your client portal
Your clients already log in to your white-label platform to check reviews. Put your other offers in front of them there: Google Business Profile management, ads management, strategy calls, courses, monthly add-ons and review stands.
One-time, monthly or yearly. Paid through Stripe checkout on your own Stripe account, or through your own link to Calendly, Cal.com, PayPal or your website. Included in the $99/month plan.
Anything you already sell can go on the Services page
A client who trusts you with their reviews is the easiest person to sell your next service to. Most agencies still send those offers by email and hope they get read.
Monthly
Google Business Profile management
Posts, photos, Q&A and profile updates, billed every month through Stripe.
Monthly
Google Ads or Meta ads management
A retainer your client starts from their dashboard instead of a proposal PDF.
One-time or free
Strategy and coaching calls
Opens your Calendly or Cal.com page with the client's name and email already filled in.
One-time
Courses and tutorials
Take payment through Stripe checkout, or link to the course platform you already use.
Monthly or yearly
Remove-branding and other add-ons
Small recurring upgrades on top of a plan, such as a £10/month branding removal.
One-time with shipping
Review stands and merchandise
Stripe collects the shipping address. You print, pack and ship.
Two ways to get paid, per service
Choose for each service. A monthly management retainer can run through Stripe while a free strategy call opens your Calendly page.
| Compared | Stripe checkout | Your own link |
|---|---|---|
| Needs Stripe connected | Yes | No |
| Where the money goes | Your connected Stripe account | Wherever your link takes payment |
| Monthly and yearly billing | Renewed and charged by Stripe | Shown on the card, you bill the client |
| Order and email to you | Yes, for every purchase | No, the platform cannot see the payment |
| Tax and promotion codes | Stripe Tax if enabled, promotion codes accepted | Handled by your page |
| Client details | Uses the client's existing Stripe customer | Name and email pre-filled on Calendly and Cal.com, email on Stripe Payment Links |
Stripe checkout uses the Stripe account you connect for custom plans and billing. Read Stripe checkout vs your own link for the full comparison.
Set up a service in five steps
One editor with a live preview of the card your clients will see. The service stays hidden until you switch it on.
- 1
Create the service
Go to Business, Billing & Revenue, Custom Products. Click Create Product, choose Service or add-on, name it and click Continue.
- 2
Describe it
Add a short description, up to eight "What's included" items and an optional image.
- 3
Choose how clients pay
Stripe checkout with a price you enter (the Stripe price is created for you) or an existing Stripe price ID. Or your own link with an optional price shown.
- 4
Set billing
One-time, Monthly or Yearly. Tick Collect a shipping address for physical products.
- 5
Switch it on
Turn on Show to customers, optionally Feature on customer dashboard, and click Save changes. The badge changes to Live.
Buying takes your client two clicks
Services sit under your brand, on your domain, next to the reviews and reports your client already uses.
A Services page in their menu
Appears under Manage as soon as one service is live. Each service is a card with price, billing and what's included.
Featured on their dashboard
Feature up to three services on the dashboard homepage, with a link to the full Services page.
Stripe checkout they already know
Checkout opens for the client's existing Stripe customer, with the payment methods you enable in Stripe, such as cards, iDEAL or SEPA Direct Debit.
Confirmation on return
After paying, clients land back on Services with a message that you have been notified, plus an order confirmation email.
Active subscriptions are clear
Monthly and yearly services they pay for show Active, with a Manage button that opens the Stripe billing portal.
No double subscriptions
If a subscription to that service is already live in Stripe, the client is pointed to billing instead of paying twice.
Monthly add-ons build recurring revenue without a new plan
A monthly or yearly service is its own Stripe subscription. Stripe renews it. Your client's plan, credits and limits stay exactly as they are.
That means you can offer a £10 remove-branding add-on or a $300 ads retainer without rebuilding your custom plans. The recurring add-ons guide covers renewals, cancellations and currencies.
Separate from the plan
Buying or cancelling a service never changes the client's plan, credits or feature access.
Cancel from the billing portal or Stripe
Clients cancel through the Stripe billing portal if your portal settings allow it. You can cancel any subscription in Stripe.
Price changes protect existing subscribers
Saving a new price creates a new Stripe price. Current subscribers stay on the price they bought.
Delayed payment methods handled
SEPA Direct Debit and similar methods show a processing message. The order is recorded when the payment clears.
Currency conflicts flagged
Stripe keeps one currency per customer. The editor warns you when a plan is billed in a different currency from the service.
Every Stripe purchase becomes an order you can deliver
The order is recorded as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, even if your client closes the tab before returning. You get an email with the client, the service and the total.
Service orders appear in Orders with a Service, Monthly or Yearly badge
Mark delivered when the work is done, or Ship and Complete for physical items
Search orders by order number or client email
Monthly and yearly renewals are tracked in Stripe, not as new orders
Physical products
Tick Collect a shipping address to sell review stands, table cards or branded t-shirts. The address shows on the order, and Ship emails your client, with a tracking link if you add one.
Selling review stands and merchandiseYour team and your tools
Add teammates or a Slack channel with a Service purchases notification. Send orders to Zapier, Make or your CRM with the Order Created webhook.
Service orders, notifications and deliveryDecide which clients see your services
Services show to every client whose plan has the Services Page set to Visible, which is the default. Hide it on a plan, or override it for one client, from the same Features & Options screen you already use.
