Review Widgets

Display synced reviews on any website with embeddable widgets that can be filtered, styled, and branded.

Widgets turn review data into visible proof. Once a location has connected sources, you can pull those reviews into sliders, grids, badges, popups, and other layouts that live on the customer website.

Go to `Display -> Social Proof -> Widgets` to create and manage them.

Choose the right widget type

  • Sliders and carousels work well for homepages and service pages
  • Grids and lists work well when you want stronger review density
  • Badges, float widgets, and popups work well for lighter proof elements
  • Avatar and card styles are useful when the visual identity of the review matters
  • Wall of Love works when you want a dense masonry-style social-proof page, and Summarized when you want an AI-style overview rather than individual review cards
Worth knowing

This is a customer-side screen. Because you are in your agency account, you can reach it two ways: go to `Business -> Customers -> Manage Customers` and click `Open dashboard` on the customer — you go into their dashboard with nothing locked, even features their plan hides, and a bar at the top shows whose dashboard you are in (handy for done-for-you setups or granting access beyond a plan); or choose `View as customer` on the same page to see their dashboard exactly as they see it, with their plan's limits. If your sidebar shows the `Agency` / `Customer` switcher, the `Customer` tab plus the location switcher is a shortcut to the same place.

How the widget builder works

  • Setup controls the widget type, review sources, locations, filters (minimum rating, verified-only, tags, sentiment, order and limit) and display language
  • Content controls the header and title, which elements appear on each review card, the call-to-action button, stats text, the powered-by branding link, and the SEO/rich-snippet block
  • Design controls colours, fonts and sizes, layout, logo and media, border radius, and custom CSS where available

Add SEO schema when needed

Inside the builder you can generate JSON-LD schema for rich snippets. Fill in the business details, copy the markup, and place it in the website head if the site setup requires that step.

Install the widget

Click `Install`, copy the embed code, and place it on the customer website. Widgets load asynchronously and inside a shadow DOM, which helps keep their styles isolated from the rest of the site.
