Pricing guide
Birdeye pricing in 2026: what it costs and how quotes work
Birdeye does not publish prices. You request a quote through a form on its pricing page, and Birdeye's own pricing guide says the cost depends on the products you choose, your number of locations and your contract terms, usually on an annual agreement. For an agency, that means the bill grows as you add client locations, so get every price in writing.
This guide covers what drives a Birdeye quote, the contract terms that shape your total, questions to ask before you sign, and what the same reputation work costs on EmbedMyReviews at $99/month flat.
Birdeye facts are from Birdeye's own pricing page, pricing guide, terms and reseller page, as of October 2026. Third-party figures are named and dated. For features side by side, see EmbedMyReviews vs Birdeye.

Birdeye details as of October 2026, from its pricing page, pricing guide and standard terms.
How Birdeye pricing works
Birdeye sells a modular platform and quotes each customer. As of October 2026, its own pages describe the price in four parts.
A quote form, not a price list
The pricing page headline reads "Pricing built around outcomes, not seat counts." Instead of prices, a form asks for your company, email, mobile number and number of locations, in bands from 1-3 up to 1000+.

Modular products
Birdeye says its pricing "is structured around modular capabilities across listings, reviews, messaging, social, and AI-powered discovery." Many brands start with Reviews, Listings AI and Messaging AI, then add Search AI, Social AI, Insights AI and more.

Priced per location
The guide calls location count "a key factor in Birdeye's per-location pricing" and says costs often become more cost-efficient as more locations are onboarded.

Annual agreements
Birdeye "typically operates on annual agreements, with flexible payment structures such as upfront billing or scheduled payments."

How much does Birdeye cost?
Birdeye publishes no prices, so your cost is whatever your written quote says. Two public sources help you prepare for that conversation.
The packages Birdeye used to show
As recently as May 2026, Birdeye's pricing page listed three packages, each priced per location per month, with the price itself behind a form.
By June 2026 the page had switched to a quote form like today's. Birdeye's guide now describes its pricing as modular, with "no fixed, one-size-fits-all plan".
| Package | Products Birdeye listed | Price reported by third parties |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Reviews AI, Listings AI, Messaging AI | $299 per location per month |
| Growth | Starter products plus Social AI | $349 per location per month |
| Dominate | Growth products plus Chatbot AI | $449 per location per month |
Birdeye listed campaigns, team chat, payments, integrations, the mobile app, unlimited users, unlimited contacts and support in all three packages. Packages and products: Birdeye's pricing page as captured by the Internet Archive on 13 May 2026. Prices: ContractorToolStack (updated 30 July 2026) and Costbench (last verified 26 August 2026), per location per month, billed annually. Birdeye does not list these prices on its site.
Use these numbers as a starting point
They come from third-party sites, not from Birdeye. Both sites say quotes for 4 or more locations are custom, so agencies and multi-location brands get a quote of their own. Your number depends on your products, location count and contract.
What drives a Birdeye quote
Six things move your Birdeye cost. The first three come from Birdeye's pricing guide, the other three from its standard terms.
The products you pick
Birdeye says cost "varies based on the capabilities selected". Each product you add, from Social AI to Chatbot AI, changes the quote.
Your number of locations
Birdeye pricing per location is how most enterprise brands evaluate it, and the total scales as you add locations. Birdeye says costs often become more cost-efficient as more locations are onboarded.
Contract length and payment schedule
Agreements are typically annual, billed upfront or in scheduled payments. Ask how each option changes the price.
Implementation work
Birdeye's terms treat implementation as "Professional Services" under a Statement of Work. Ask whether onboarding is in the quote or billed on its own.
Renewal terms
At each automatic renewal, the standard terms apply an 8% Innovation Fee to recurring fees, unless your agreement predates 1 April 2024 or changes the fee.
Usage above fair use
The terms let Birdeye limit AI features when use exceeds its fair-use limits, and invoice service use beyond its Fair Use Policy.
Birdeye contract terms to read before you sign
These come from Birdeye's standard Terms and Conditions, effective 13 May 2026. Your order form can override some of them, so read both. They shape your cost over the life of the contract, not just the first year.
- Automatic renewal
- An agreement renews for the same length as its first term unless you send written notice at least 90 days before the renewal date.
- Innovation Fee
- At each automatic renewal, 8% on all recurring service fees "to cover product innovations, enhanced services and inflation". It does not apply to agreements made before 1 April 2024, or where your agreement changes it.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Payment obligations under an order form are non-cancellable, and payments are non-refundable, except where the terms say otherwise.
- Invoices
- Due 30 days after you receive the invoice, unless your order form says otherwise. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
- Fair use
- Set at 3 times the average requests or transactions per location of customers in the same or a similar industry. Birdeye may limit use above that, or invoice it.
Questions to ask the Birdeye sales team
Take these to your demo. Each one maps to Birdeye's own pricing guide or terms.
What is the price per location for each product, and what does it become at 10, 50 and 100 locations?
Birdeye prices per location and says costs often become more cost-efficient as locations are added. Get the whole curve, not just today's number.
How does the contract define a location?
Birdeye's terms rely on the definition of "Location" in your order form. Ask how service-area businesses and several profiles at one address are counted.
Which products are in this quote, and what would each add-on cost later?
Pricing is modular. Many brands start with Reviews, Listings AI and Messaging AI and add products over time.
Is onboarding or implementation billed separately?
The terms cover implementation as Professional Services under a Statement of Work.
How long is the first term, and what is the exact notice deadline?
Agreements renew for the same term unless you give written notice at least 90 days before renewal.
Does the Innovation Fee apply to us, and will the order form change it?
The standard terms add 8% to recurring fees at each automatic renewal unless your agreement changes it.
Can we pay monthly, and what happens if we drop locations mid-term?
Birdeye mentions upfront billing or scheduled payments, and its terms make payment obligations non-cancellable.
What are the fair-use limits on AI features and requests for our plan?
Birdeye may limit AI access above its fair-use limits and invoice use beyond its Fair Use Policy.
For agencies: which reseller terms apply, white-label or co-branded, and is there a minimum commitment?
The reseller terms differ from the standard ones, including a 5% Innovation Fee, and the partner page lists no prices.
Birdeye pricing for agencies: the reseller program
Birdeye runs a reseller program for agencies. As of October 2026, its partner page lists no prices, and the "Become a Partner" button leads to a demo request.
What the program offers
- White-label or co-branded: "Choose to whitelabel the platform or use it in a co-branded way."
- A configurable agency dashboard for client health, product adoption and upsell opportunities
- Social posts scheduled by client group, for "hundreds of clients at a time"
- Marketing and sales resources, plus webinars and training
- A dedicated partner success manager

What the reseller terms say
- Agreements auto-renew unless you give written notice at least 90 days before renewal
- A 5% Innovation Fee on recurring fees at each automatic renewal
- Payment obligations are non-cancellable and payments non-refundable, except where the terms say otherwise
- Invoices are due 30 days after receipt

What this means for your margins
Birdeye's usual model prices by product and location. If your reseller quote works the same way, your bill moves with every client location you add. Model your margin at the client count you expect in a year, not the one you have today.
If your clients pay you month to month, check how a renewing agreement with a 90-day notice window works when one of them leaves.
