The Website Builder and Help Center give agencies two assets that often get overlooked: a branded front-end presence and a branded support destination. That matters when you want the platform to feel like a complete product, not just a dashboard.
Both are managed under the White-Label area.
Website Builder
Go to `Platform -> White-Label -> Website` to create the marketing site. The first setup creates starter pages such as Home, Pricing, About, Contact, Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
- Edit pages with the visual block builder
- Control SEO title, description, and slug on each page
- Choose whether pages show in the header or footer navigation
- Add new pages and drag to reorder them
Help Center
Go to `Platform -> White-Label -> Help Center` to create a branded support library. The first setup can generate a default article base that you can edit, expand, or replace.
- Organise content into collections such as Getting Started, Billing, and Integrations
- Write articles in the rich text editor and upload short support videos where helpful
- Use draft mode until content is ready for customers
- Duplicate collections into other languages when you are ready to support them properly
What to launch first
The best launch approach is to keep both assets lean. Build the few pages customers expect on the website, then publish only the help articles that prevent predictable friction. It is better to have a tight, trustworthy help centre than a bloated one that feels unfinished.
