EmbedMyReviews is a white-label reputation management platform designed for marketing agencies and resellers. The Service includes review aggregation, review generation campaigns, AI-powered response tools, embeddable widgets, reporting, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Generate fake or misleading reviews
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

6. White-Label Usage
For customers using white-label features: You may rebrand and resell the Service under your own brand. You are responsible for your own terms of service and privacy policy with your end clients. You may not represent that you developed the underlying technology.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by EmbedMyReviews and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes to or availability of third-party services.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy . You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any data you input into the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmbedMyReviews and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting to the Service or emailing you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EmbedMyReviews operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
