Dynamic placeholders
Prompts use placeholders that are automatically replaced with real review data when generating a response, including the reviewer's name, star rating, review text, business name, location, and target language.
Example: "Write a warm response to this {rating}-star review from {author} for {organization}. The review says: {review}. Respond in {language}."
Generate, edit, publish
Open the response modal from any review. The AI adapts its tone based on the star rating, empathetic for low ratings and appreciative for high ones.
Prompt selection
All available prompts, global and organisation-specific, appear in a dropdown. Switch prompts or create a new one on the spot.
AI generation
The selected prompt template is combined with the review data, including reviewer name, rating, review text, business name, location, and language, and then sent to your configured AI provider.
Review and edit
The draft appears in an editable text area. Accept as-is, edit before saving, regenerate with a different prompt, or cancel.
Save and publish
The reply is saved, the review is marked as responded, and for Google reviews it's posted directly back to Google Business Profile.
Post directly to Google
For Google reviews, the response is posted back to Google Business Profile automatically. No need to open Google, find the review, and paste the reply manually.
Multi-language
Prompts include a language placeholder, so responses are generated in the appropriate language automatically. One prompt template works across all markets.
Create prompts inline
New prompts can be created directly from the response modal without navigating away. The new prompt is immediately available for selection.
